Kellie Martin. Martin, a native of the United States is an American television and film actress. Her most well-known role is for playing Christy Huddleston, Rebecca Thatcher as well as Lucy Knight on the series ER. Her other roles of note include the title role of the Hailey Dean Mystery series. Martin's acting career started when she was just seven when her aunt, an ex-nanny who looked after for the children of Michael Landon, helped secure an appearance as a guest in 1982's 'Father Murphy.' In the years following after her Yale University graduation, she began to concentrate on acting. She was able to secure significant roles on both cinema and television. Martin has a background as an actress in addition to a gifted photographer and dancer, has been working in the field for over twenty years. Since she is a mother of two children, she has become the National spokesperson for Lupus. She has actively promoted the disease since her sister's death due to the disease at 19.
